Before dinner begins, the afternoon belongs to the Sunset Lounge. Opening at 3:00 PM, it is a space designed entirely to help you slow down. Pull up a seat, look out over the sweeping coastal views, and watch the light change across the water.
Whether you are winding down after a day of exploring or kicking off the evening, our lounge offers an inviting, relaxed atmosphere. Sip on local craft spirits, signature coastal cocktails, and premium Tasmanian wines, perfectly paired with a seasonal menu of light, casual snacks.
No reservations required for the lounge—just walk in, relax, and take in the view.
